The Southpark Office Building is a 18,400 square foot, two story multi-tenant building. The building is segmented into 5 pieces to create an arched shape to maximize site use and parking. The adjacent courtyard was created to fulfill the required 30% open space, provide shielding of the parking and to give the tenants a courtyard experience. The building is designed with sustainability in mind with the incorporation of natural materials, daylighting, sun-shades, operable windows, super-insulated, 92% efficient mechanical systems and recycled finishes. The interior spaces have 10 foot ceilings, operable windows and spectacular views of Denver and the Rocky Mountains.
