The Regency is a student housing facility that is located adjacent to Auraria Higher Education Campus in Denver, Colorado. The facility is a renovated hotel that upgraded existing building systems to create an exciting and interactive interior environment.

A few of the amenities include a new atrium dining area, community amphitheater space, reading and study rooms, a large double court gym with workout facility and exterior parks and pool facilities. The facility will receive new high-performance glass, accented precast lattice work, and new high-tension fabric entrance canopies.

The adjacent University of Colorado at Denver has incorporated an onsite virtual library, video classrooms and teaching classroom facilities.
