Architectural Workshop was selected to recommission Willard Hall from the existing mixed office use to function as a single student housing facility. Specific challenges include creating new circulation and entry locations, student service areas, accessible routes and single point access security locations. The main entry created new spaces for study spaces, lecture hall, student lounge, recreation room and a 24/7 reception desk. The recommissioning includes new finishes and furnishing for all of the new spaces and dorm rooms and completely remodelled restrooms on each floor.
