The city of Lakewood commissioned Architectural Workshop to "Breathe" new life into an old concrete tilp-up panel building. With the hope to have a nationally recognized software development company move to Lakewood. The building renovation required a concept that would relate to computer and provide an environment that would evoke creativity and sustainability.
