AW was hired by St. Paul Lutheran Church in Denver, Co to create a 5-year building renovation/capital improvements plan. The building was constructed in 1925 and is on the National Historic Register.

The exterior renovation will include masonry and precast restoration, slate roof repairs and gutters, and full restoration of the Tiffany stained glass windows.

Interior improvements will include upgrades to electrical and mechanical services, accessible restrooms, added accessibility in the sanctuary, and enlarging of the narthex.
