Architectural Workshop was selected to create a new infill development that would incorporate parking and four loft style condos on the upper levels. The site has one existing building that was to be built against. Each of the lofts occupies one whole floor with the penthouse having access to a roof top patio with a built-in bar. The building needed to be sensitive to the surrounding historic district while incorporating high-tech exterior elements with sustainable features.
