provide a nautical feel to a building that blends into the surrounding through shape and materials and has a sense of belonging on the hillside. The sites orientation and arrangement of the buildings massing takes full
advantage of the views and maximizes the outdoor space, similar to a ships tiering levels of massing and viewing decks.
