The 1115 Broadway Office Building is located at the south edge of downtown Denver. The 19,500 square foot building was renovated to incorporate individual office suites with shared conference, kitchen, and restroom facilities. The challenge was to take an old, dated building and turn it into a chic, modern office building that reflects the transformation of the city within a limited budget. Each office suite incorporated a glass entry to maximize the use of natural lighting within the building.

• Award-winning perforated aluminum awnings along with a simple stucco treatment create a simple, yet inventive facade.
   
• Interiors continue modern aesthetic, while revealing original masonry and wood truss construction.
